- Please note: all hotels selected are not COVID-19 managed isolation or quarantine facilities.
- Rates are per room per night and include 15% GST (goods and services tax).
- Accommodation cancellations within 45 days of the NZSA Conference are subject to a cancellation fee based on individual hotel policies.
- Credit card details are required at the time of booking as a guarantee only, your card will not be charged. All accommodation charges must be settled directly with the Hotel prior to departure. No invoice will be issued.
- In case of your non arrival or late cancellation, the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.
- If you wish to charge back your accommodation this can be done at check-out if your organisation has made an arrangement directly with the hotel concerned. If a charge back has been arranged, please notify Rosanna at Conference Innovators.
- If when booking your hotel, the online system indicates it is full please email Rosanna Carleton firstname.lastname@example.org with your preferred hotel and dates and she will be able to assist you. The hotel may not be full, your dates may fall outside the rooms held by the organisers.
